The purpose of this agreement is to define the terms and conditions of cooperation between the University of Lorraine, France and the University Saad Dahlab Blida1 Algeria. these objectives are as follows:
- Develop the mobility of researchers and doctoral students from the two universities
- Develop the possibilities of theses in Franco Algerian co-direction
- Develop joint research activities.
- Submission of joint research projects, in particular within the framework of the Franco-Algerian scientific cooperation programme.
- The validity of this agreement five (05) years from 09/05/2023 to 09/05/2028.
