The University of Blida 1 and the Hochschule Esslingen University of Applied Sciences Germany intend to develop relations between our establishments in the fields of international education, research, services and related activities.

The areas of this cooperation include any research and service program proposed by either institution deemed desirable and feasible for the development engages in cooperative relationships these objectives are as follows

• encourage visits by faculty members from one university to another for the purpose of engaging in research or other educational activities
• exchange of knowledge resources
• Participate in scientific seminars and workshops
• Explore collaborative research projects and joint publications
• promote training or teaching research exchanges for the purposes of personal and professional development
