Ataturk University Erzurum Turkey and Blida1 University Algeria wishing to establish cooperative relations between the two institutions through mutual assistance in the fields of education and research and others agrees as follows:
- Exchange of faculty members for conference research
- Exchange of graduate students and advanced professionals for collaborative or independent research
- Participation in seminars and academic meetings
- Exchange of academic material, publications and other information
- Joint educational, cultural and research activities.
- the duration of this agreement five (05) years from 29/01/2024 to 29/01/2029
