An agreement has been concluded between the University saad dahlab blida1  and the Higher Institute of Documentation University of La Manouba (Tunisia) for a period of three (03) years from 03/05/2023 to 03/05/2026, and among its objectives are the following:

• joint educational activities in the field of teaching and research, such as summer schools and degree programs.
• common extracurricular activities in academic and scientific fields, such as certification courses, conferences and symposia.
• collaborative research projects and studies.
• collaboration in the exchange of doctoral students and the writing of joint doctoral theses.
• collaborative academic and scientific publications .
• the exchange of students, researchers, teachers and administrative and technical staff.
• the exchange of academic publications and scientific documents.
