The incubator of the University of Blida 1 is organizing the 3rd edition of the Competition for the best innovators 2021 "IbtikarUp". A competition dedicated to young students, researchers (doctoral students) and graduates, and which highlights the possibility of an incubation through the different stages of support for an innovative project for the creation of Start-Up.
