The purpose of this agreement is to implement the framework agreement for scientific and technical cooperation signed between the Ministry of Fisheries and Fisheries Production and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. the validity of this agreement (02 years) from 31/05/2021 to 31/05/2023.
