Celebration of the International Day of Forests
The Department of Biology organized a scientific day on Thursday April 18, 2024 on the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of Forests.
The day was attended by representatives of the Forest Conservation of the Wilaya of Blida and companies specializing in the forestry sector.
The opening was made by Mr. Smain MEGUATLI, Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences who affirmed the importance of involving students in such events in order to allow them to have innovative ideas for Start-up projects.
The day's program was rich with numerous conferences and workshops offered, as well as the organization of a stand for the exhibition of research work in the field. The day also allowed students from the SIC Club to present various activities.
