The Department of Architecture was inaugurated at the University Complex in Blida.

Opening of a department within INESAB called “Senior Technicians Department in Architecture”

A new department called the “Department of Civil Engineering” has been opened, which will receive students admitted in the third year after the Common Core Technology (TCT) program.

The Department of Architecture became the Institute of Architecture and Urban Planning, after the restructuring of the University of Blida (Article 2 of Executive Decree No. 13-163 dated 4 Jumada II 1434, corresponding to April 15, 2013).

The institute also serves as a research center within the doctoral school, which was founded in 2015 and focuses primarily on architecture, urban heritage, and the environment.
