It is a great honor for me to lead this institute, which plays a pivotal role in training competent and dedicated professionals in a strategic field: the food industries. In a world facing major challenges such as food security, sustainability of production systems, and technological innovation, our mission is more important than ever.
ISTA relies on a distinguished teaching staff, practical training aligned with real-world requirements, and a network of professional partners, in order to provide an educational environment that fosters excellence, creativity, and innovation.
As Director of the Institute, I am committed to supporting continuous development, encouraging applied research, and strengthening ties between the institute and the various economic and social stakeholders in the food industry sector.
