internships abroad

 

A professor who receives short-term training abroad is required to submit a complete administrative file to the relevant administration before and after travel, in order to ensure that all legal and regulatory procedures are fully completed.

The file that the professor must submit before the internship period

A written request: in which the professor specifies the duration of the internship and the host institution.

A voided (canceled) check (certified copy).

A copy of the passport.

A copy of the visa.

A substitution form for the period of the internship, to assign another professor to continue teaching duties.

An internship destination certificate.

A travel ticket showing the exact duration of the internship abroad, in accordance with what was stated in the Scientific Council report.

After returning from the internship, the professor must submit the following documents to the relevant administration

Internship report

A copy of the visa stamps (entry and exit stamps)

Important notes:

If the internship destination is changed, the administration must be informed through a request signed by the head of the Scientific Council.

The internship file must be submitted 15 days before the departure date.
