On Sunday, July 12, 2026, the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, chaired the proceedings of the Board of Directors of the University of Houari Boumediene of Science and Technology, in his capacity as Chairman of its Board, in the presence of the Director of the University, members of the Board of Directors, and the institution’s executives.

At the beginning of the session, the Chairman of the Board delivered an opening speech in which he welcomed the attendees and announced the opening of the Council’s work, which was dedicated to studying and discussing the files included in the agenda, within the framework of consultation, evaluation, and making decisions and recommendations that would support the university’s governance and achieve its strategic goals.
