Article 22: Duties of the Vice Dean in Charge of Studies and Student Affairs

The Vice Dean for Studies and Student Affairs undertakes the following tasks:

• Supervising the management and follow-up of student registrations during the undergraduate stage;

• Maintaining the nominal and statistical file of students;

• Collecting, processing and disseminating pedagogical information for the benefit of students.

The Vice Dean for Studies and Student Affairs is assisted in performing his duties by:

• Head of the Registration Department (Academic Affairs Department);

• Head of the Education and Evaluation Department;

• Head of the Statistics, Media and Guidance Department.
