About the Department of Organic Chemistry
The Department of Organic Chemistry is one of the distinguished academic departments at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Blida 1. Established in 1447 AH (2025 CE), it serves as a center for teaching and developing organic chemistry. The department aims to provide outstanding education in various branches of organic chemistry, focusing on training students in both fundamental and advanced principles. This includes the study of diverse organic compounds such as hydrocarbons, organometallic compounds, hydrogenated cyclic compounds, pharmaceutical compounds, and polymers.
