Final certificates

Final certificate with a provisional certificate

Announcement Regarding the Final Certificate

Let it be known to all students who have obtained a provisional success certificate and wish to receive the final success certificate

Applicable for: Bachelor’s, Master’s, State Engineer, Certificate of Applied Studies, and Higher Studies Certificate

Students must provide the following documents:

  • Original provisional success certificate

  • Recent birth certificate

  • Original baccalaureate transcript in case of transfer to another university or if it was withdrawn from the pedagogical file

For students transferring from another university:
The same documents must be provided along with the final certificate from the original institution and certified transcripts.

Note:
If the provisional success certificate is lost, a loss declaration issued by the National Security Directorate must be provided.

The final success certificate is delivered only once.

To receive the final success certificate, students must provide:

  • National identity card

  • If the student cannot collect the certificate in person, it may be collected by another person through a legally recognized authorization, accompanied by a copy of the national ID and a text message confirming that the authorized person is entitled to collect the certificate.

  • If the national ID is lost, a loss declaration from the National Security Directorate must be provided.

Reception days at the Teaching Department:

  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Final certificate

Delivery of the Final Success Certificate

To receive the final success certificate, students must provide the following documents:

  • National identity card

  • Original student card

  • For Bachelor’s students: Quitus (clearance certificate)

  • For Master’s students: Observation form (Fiche d’observation)

If the student cannot collect the certificate in person:
The certificate may only be collected by another person through a legally recognized authorization, along with the national ID and a text message confirming that the authorized person is entitled to collect the certificate.

If the national ID or the original student card is lost:
A loss declaration from the National Security Directorate must be provided.
