Article 22: Duties of the Vice-Dean in Charge of Studies and Student Affairs
The Vice-Dean in charge of Studies and Student Affairs is responsible for the following tasks:

Supervising the management and monitoring of student enrollments at the undergraduate level;

Maintaining the personal and statistical files of students;

Collecting, processing, and disseminating pedagogical information for the benefit of students.
The Vice-Dean in charge of Studies and Student Affairs is assisted in performing his/her duties by:

The Head of the Registration Office (Student Affairs Department);

The Head of the Teaching and Assessment Office;

The Head of the Statistics, Information, and Guidance Office.
