Within the framework of enhancing bilateral scientific and academic cooperation, the Rector of the University of Blida 1, Professor Mohamed Bezzina, received the Counselor of the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Algeria and her accompanying delegation on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 11, 2026. The meeting was held in the presence of the Vice-Rectors in charge of Pedagogy and External Relations.

The meeting was dedicated to reviewing the pedagogical status and living conditions of Angolan students, as well as exploring ways to improve their academic and administrative support. Furthermore, the occasion served as an opportunity to discuss prospects for expanding student exchange programs and joint scientific research between higher education institutions in both countries.

During the session, the Rector emphasized the university’s commitment to providing a supportive academic environment for international students by ensuring high-quality training and continuous guidance, reflecting the institution’s dedication to supporting their scientific and professional careers.
