On the morning of Tuesday, February 24, 2026, the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, chaired a coordination meeting in his office with members of the listening cell at the university level, in order to follow up on its activities and strengthen its role within the university community.

This meeting was dedicated to evaluating the cell's working mechanisms and determining the best ways to address students' concerns, especially those related to pedagogical, social and psychological aspects, in order to ensure a suitable university environment characterized by a spirit of dialogue and constructive communication.
During the meeting, the Director gave a number of instructions and directives aimed at activating the role of the listening cell and enhancing its effectiveness in addressing the various concerns raised, while emphasizing the importance of maintaining a spirit of responsibility and confidentiality in handling the issues presented.

He also stressed the need to intensify awareness and communication campaigns to introduce the cell’s tasks and objectives, in order to establish a culture of listening and support within the university, and to contribute to achieving its stated goals.

Note: The cell headquarters is located at the level of the Social Medical Center of Blida University 1.
