On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the University of Blida 1 hosted, in the foyer of the Grand Conference Hall, the activities of the third edition of the Innovative Youth Project Salon, organized in coordination with the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the State of Blida and the Al-Siraj Association. 
On the same occasion, the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of Scientific Research, Professor Rodan Mohamed, representing the Director of the University, along with the Director of Youth and Sports for the state of Blida, who is in charge of managing the Sub-Directorate of Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities, and representatives of support and accompaniment bodies, visited the various pavilions of the Innovative Students Exhibition, where they closely examined the innovative projects presented by university students, members of scientific clubs and other universities, in addition to innovative young people, praising the quality of the ideas and the development of the level of creativity among the participants.
The salon aims to promote innovation and digital entrepreneurship, and to encourage young people to embody their creative ideas in feasible projects, through a project exhibition, competitive contests, and training workshops for the benefit of the participants.
It is worth mentioning that the participating projects will be evaluated by a specialized committee of professors and experts based on criteria including innovation, impact, applicability, quality of implementation, and method of presentation. This will take place over two consecutive days, after which the best project will be selected and its creator honored.
