On Sunday, May 03, 2026, the Faculty of Technology organized an awareness day and open house for first-year students in the common core science and technology program at the university's main conference hall, as part of introducing the various departments of the faculty and the specializations available for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The opening of this event was overseen by the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of Pedagogy, in the presence of the college's faculty and officials, along with the administrative and pedagogical staff, including the Vice-Deans, Heads of Departments, and Heads of Specializations.

The program included formal speeches and introductory presentations, in addition to interventions by department heads, highlighting the educational pathways and their various academic and professional prospects.

The floor was also opened for discussion, allowing students to raise their concerns and inquiries, which received thorough answers from the supervisors, in an interactive atmosphere that reflects the college's commitment to accompanying and guiding students.
