The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) announces the launch of its annual “Effective Achievement in Islamic Economics” Award competition for 2024. This award recognizes and rewards outstanding achievements by individuals and institutions in the categories of knowledge production and the implementation of innovative development solutions guided by the principles of Islamic economics. It is worth noting that this award is granted in only one category each year, alternating between “Knowledge Contribution” and “Development Achievement.” The 2024 edition of the award will be dedicated to the “Knowledge Contribution” category, recognizing and encouraging significant knowledge production in areas related to Islamic economics that can contribute to addressing the major economic and financial challenges facing IsDB member countries.
