We are pleased to welcome you to the User Services Space, which we have put at your service to bring the administration closer to the employee and improve the quality of services provided.
The Employees' Affairs Department oversees the professional development of employees, including recruitment, promotion, and training, while ensuring the transparent and fair application of applicable laws and regulations. We also work to support employees and address their concerns, ensuring a stable and motivating work environment.
We believe that human resources are the foundation of any successful administration, and from this standpoint we are keen to develop their competencies and improve their working conditions, which will positively reflect on the performance of the public facility.
