The Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events informs all members of the Saad Dahlab University of Blida 1 community (faculty members, administrative and technical staff, PhD students, and non-salaried researchers) who meet the eligibility requirements for the Overseas Skills Enhancement Program, in accordance with Decision No. 345 dated March 9, 2026, which defines the selection criteria for admission to the Short-Term International Mobility Program (Overseas Skills Enhancement), as follows:

- Applications will only be reviewed after the application period has closed.
- Only completed achievements and valid committee memberships completed before the date of the applicant’s last mobility grant will be taken into consideration, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- To be eligible to apply, applicants who previously benefited from a mobility grant must have submitted the final report related to their last mobility period.
- Selected candidates must complete and carry out the training or internship during the year 2026, in compliance with the approved schedule and the regulations in force.
