The Vice-Rectorate of External Relations hereby announces the opening of applications for the Short-Term International Mobility Program for the 2026 fiscal year.

Eligible Applicants This program is open to the following categories:

Administrative and Technical Staff.

Research Professors and Hospital-University Professors.

Non-salaried Doctoral Students.

Regulatory Framework & Timeline In accordance with the conditions set forth in Ministerial Decree No. 345, dated March 09th, 2026, applications will be accepted during the following period:

Start Date: April 15th, 2026

Deadline: April 26th, 2026, at 11:59 PM
