Both parties shall work to facilitate the training and development of scientific competencies at Blida Radio within the framework of university study programs

Among its objectives are the following:

• To provide the necessary material and pedagogical resources at the Entrepreneurship Development Center.

• To protect and secure the equipment owned by the Agency and officially placed at the disposal of the university institution for the benefit of the Entrepreneurship Development Center, and to monitor and inventory them periodically in coordination with the Agency’s staff.

• To ensure continuous coordination with the Wilaya Director through both the Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center and the permanent representative at the Center.

• To provide the Wilaya Director with periodic reports on the activities of the permanent representative and the trainers at the Entrepreneurship Development Center.

• To contribute, within the limits of available resources, both materially and morally, to ensure the proper functioning of the Entrepreneurship Development Center.

• To present successful models of managers of micro-enterprises in order to motivate and foster the entrepreneurial spirit among university students and graduates, with a view to helping them create their own micro-enterprises.

• To support and finance project holders through the Agency

Both parties shall contribute to the training of scientific and professional competencies within university study programs (Master 2 or specialized postgraduate training) and through participation in workshops and specialized training courses

• To provide the Wilaya Director with periodic reports on the activities of the permanent representative and the trainers at the Entrepreneurship Development Center.

• To contribute, within the limits of available resources, both materially and morally, to ensure the proper functioning of the Entrepreneurship Development Center.

• To present successful models of managers of micro-enterprises in order to motivate and foster the entrepreneurial spirit among university students and graduates, with a view to helping them create their own micro-enterprises.

• To support and finance project holders through the Agency

The primary scientific objective of this agreement is, firstly, to establish scientific cooperation that results in joint publications, and secondly, to host and train young researchers (students and doctoral candidates) in the Radiation Oncology Department at the Blida Cancer Center, under the joint supervision of researchers from both institutions, in addition to training first-year physicians specializing in radiation oncology.

The parties will work on developing research projects in the field of oncology and the use of ionizing radiation in medicine. The work carried out includes radiation protection, radiotherapy, dose measurement, detection, and various cancer treatment techniques

• Supervision and hosting of trainee students

• Providing information and references for professors and students

• Facilitating and guiding students’ field visits

• Supporting the municipality in various activities related to the enhancement and rehabilitation of urban heritage

• Organizing conferences, seminars, open days, and exhibitions

• Enhancing the architectural and urban heritage and historical monuments of the city of Bou Saâda through the preparation of research projects and Master’s theses on the subject

• This agreement aims to define and establish the terms and conditions for implementing cooperation between the two parties within the framework of their respective competences and shared interests in scientific, technical, and educational fields

• This agreement aims to establish a common framework for scientific cooperation and to develop research in order to create a strong and beneficial partnership in various aspects related to veterinary medicine, both theoretical and practical, with the goal of improving the efficiency and performance of human resources through training and field supervision

• This agreement, between the Chamber of Agriculture of Blida Province and Saad Dahlab University of Blida 1, commits to developing sustainable cooperation covering all areas of mutual interest and serving their shared benefits, through the unification and integration of their human, technical, and material resources

• The university institution shall grant general supervision and provide students and professors access to the digital library content for the duration of the subscription. They may also utilize a platform containing a significant collection of books and publications issued by the Office
