As part of the implementation of the provisions of correspondence No. 2602 emanating from the DCEU of the MESRS dated October 24, 2024 relating to the scholarship offer from the Russian Federation for PHD training for the 2025-2026 academic year attached.
For clarification, this program concerns the students enrolled in the final year of the second cycle course (with a view to obtaining a Master's degree) and wishing to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.
For this purpose, we kindly ask you to submit to us a total of three (03) application files per university establishment major students (based on the average of the first 4 years of the university course).
Given the deadlines set by the DCEU, the files must reach us in digital format. before Tuesday, November 05, 2024 at 15:00 p.m..
The application file includes: :
1) The application form (model attached)
2) a copy of the baccalaureate transcript
3) Certificates of registration/re-registration for the 5 years of the university course
4) Transcripts of the first 4 years of study (L1, L2, L3, M1 for U and CU or CP1, CP2,1, 2ASC, XNUMXASC for ES)
5) Certificate of candidate ranking (in relation to his/her promotion)
6) Certificate of the student's number of stars (model attached)
