The Vice-Presidency of the University, responsible for doctoral training, scientific research, university qualification, and postgraduate training, undertakes strategic tasks aimed at promoting scientific research, enhancing specialized training, and developing scientific competencies in accordance with national and international standards, while contributing to achieving sustainable development and serving the community.
