Objectives of scientific research and technological development:

 - Preparing and describing promising filters for various visual applications,
Examples include solid-state lasers, scintillators, and detectors. These materials are based on molybdenum, tungstate, vanadates, sesquioxides, perovskite, and garnet.
It is inoculated and co-inoculated with rare earth elements such as: (Er, Eu, Tm, Yb, Dy, Tb, …).

Forecasting and Innovation Through calculations from first principles (ab initio) and simulation using the Monte Carlo kinetic method and the COMSOL software, in order to develop new materials geared towards industrial applications.

Research related to medical imaging in general, In all its physical, biological and medical dimensions, and the processing of signals and images, with a special focus on the processing of images of neurodegenerative diseases.
