To all members of the university community, including professors, students, and staff, on my own behalf and on behalf of the university director, I wish you a successful university entrance.

    As the Vice-Rector of the University for Higher Education in the first and second phases, Continuing Education and Certificates, as well as Higher Education in the postgraduate level, I have taken upon myself the responsibility of committing to serving students and professors alike, listening to their concerns and striving to solve the problems they raise, and I have also committed myself to providing a suitable working environment with all parties.

The stated goals will only be achieved with a qualified and competent administrative staff who ensure the smooth functioning of each department within the university's pedagogical directorate, and who, in turn, have not failed to uphold their commitments in carrying out the tasks assigned to them.
