- Receiving and registering new baccalaureate holders, and helping them with appropriate guidance.
Ensuring the regularity of their recordings.
Ensuring compliance with the regulations in place regarding registration, re-registration, monitoring of knowledge, and student progression.
Ensuring the maintenance and updating of the students' nominal file.

Article 24: A holder of a baccalaureate certificate can only benefit from one university registration, even if he holds several baccalaureate certificates, within the same institution or in any other higher education institution.
Article 25: A student cannot enroll in a university structure to obtain a second degree in a particular field unless they have obtained the first degree.
- Ensuring compliance with the regulations and procedures in place for issuing certificates and equivalencies.
- Delivery of final certificates.
- Validation of the issued certificates.
- Ensuring the maintenance and updating of the nominal file of graduating students.
