The library of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences contains more than 1313 titles in 3472 copies, more than 2942 titles of theses and dissertations, more than 29 titles on electronic media (CD-ROM-DVD) and… journal titles.
The library of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences can accommodate approximately 320 readers and consists of two floors:
- First floor: A reading room with a capacity of 160 seats for faculty members and doctoral students, in addition to a lending office, bookshelves and library management offices.
- Second floor: A second reading room with a capacity of 160 seats for institute students, in addition to a lending office.

Books that have only one copy are not available for external borrowing, but are available for internal borrowing (for viewing only) and must be returned to the library on the same day.
Copy number 1 of each title is not available for external loan and is available for internal loan only (must be returned to the library on the same day).
Borrowed items must be returned before the loan period ends. Any delay in returning the items will result in a three-day suspension of their use for each day of delay.
