the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of long-term scholarships (between 24 and 26 months) for the year 2024, from the
Malaysian government and this as part of the “Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program (MTCP)” training program.

This program is intended for Algerian students wishing to continue their Master's studies at public and private universities in Malaysia.

Applicants for this program must meet the following conditions:

• Hold a license;
• Be under 45 years old on the day of application;
• Have an English level of 6,0 “International English Language Testing System” (IELTS) or an overall score of 60 “Test of English as a Foreign Language” (TOEFL).
