Offer of scholarships in Azerbaijan for enrollment in Master’s and PhD programs for the 2026–2027 academic year (Dispatch No. 530-DCEU/SDMEP dated 12-03-2026, attached).

The application file must be submitted in digital format as specified in the attached document, along with the following documents:

• A copy of the certificate of top ranking (major of the class) issued by the academic supervisor;
• Copies of academic transcripts.

Please note that only university institutions are authorized to submit application files. Therefore, any application submitted directly by students will not be accepted.

Note: The deadline for submission of applications is set for April 7, 2026, at 12:00.
