In a new achievement that reflects the status of the University of Blida 1 and its pioneering role in supporting innovation and empowering female talents, the book “Women’s Voices – Food Heroines in Algeria” witnessed

“Voix de Femmes – Héroïnes del'Alimentation in Algérie”.

Published at the initiative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on the occasion of International Women's Day, the University of Blida 1 had a distinguished presence in this edition through the participation of two female experts, namely:

🔹 Ms. Dehnane Hania – Manager of the University Farm of Mitidja, affiliated with the University of Blida 1

🔹 Ms. Qarjij Amal – Director of the Sub-Foundation Office for Consulting, Guidance and Development at the University.

They were able to embody the results of scientific research and transform them into innovative economic projects in areas related to food security and sustainable development, reflecting the university’s dynamism in linking scientific research to the economic and social environment.
