The Rector of Blida 1 University, Professor Bezina Mohamed, participated in the launch ceremony of the first edition of the African University Theater, which was presided over by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamal Beddari, along with the Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ms. Salma Bakhta Mansouri, today, March 3, 2026, at the Ministry headquarters.

This event will take place in Algiers, the capital, from July 13 to 19, 2026, under the slogan "Africa Meets on the University Stage".

The launch event took place in the presence of a number of directors of university institutions and sector executives, in a step that reflects the Algerian university's commitment to strengthening cultural and artistic cooperation among students of the African continent.
