The Rector of the University of Blida 1, Professor Mohamed Bezzina, participated in the official launch ceremony of the first edition of the African University Theater. The event was presided over by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Baddari, alongside the State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ms. Selma Bakhta Mansouri, today, March 3, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters.
