Under the supervision of the Director of the University of Blida 1, Professor Bezina Mohamed, the activities of the second edition of the awareness campaign on Ministerial Decision No. 1275, amended and supplemented, relating to the mechanism of “University Certificate - Economic Enterprise Project”, were launched this morning, Sunday, February 08, 2026, in the Grand Conference Hall, within the framework of the national program for registering students under this decision.
The first day's events included an opening session delivered by the University Director, in which he emphasized the strategic importance of this decision in supporting the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship among students, and motivating them to invest their academic knowledge in innovative economic projects that contribute to national development and wealth creation.
The program also included a series of lectures and demonstrations presented by the gentlemen and ladies directors of university interfaces, which addressed the various organizational and practical aspects of Resolution 1275, with an explanation of the mechanisms for registration, accompaniment, and guidance directed to students holding projects.
This awareness campaign is part of the national campaign aimed at raising awareness among final-year students about the importance of engaging in this ministerial decision, which is a practical framework to enable students to transform their ideas and graduation projects into emerging economic institutions, thereby promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university community.
Through these initiatives, the University of Blida 1 seeks to reinforce the university’s role as a key driver of economic and social development, and an effective space for fostering creative ideas and transforming them into realistic, feasible projects.
