The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received an offer for a fully funded training course lasting 8 to 12 weeks, launched by the International Seabed Authority (ISA) in cooperation with Global Sea Mineral Resources NV. The programme will be held in Antwerp, Belgium, and will focus on marine engineering.
