This scientific event aims to bring together specialists from the food industry and nutrition sectors to discuss current challenges related to food safety, nutrition, and public health. This event serves as a continuation of the five previous editions organized by the Research Laboratory in Science, Technology, and Sustainable Development at the Department of Food Science over the past five years.

Targeting research professors, doctoral students, and industry professionals, this forum acts as a platform for exchanging and presenting research findings related to its core themes. It also aims to strengthen cooperation between national and international universities, as well as economic and social partners, by encouraging the creation of thematic networks aligned with national priorities: food security, public health, and renewable energy.

The selected topics are of strategic importance to the national economy. Our goal is to co-develop—in partnership with economic stakeholders and experienced research centers—a shared vision for the future of agriculture and the food industry within an increasingly complex and high-risk global context.
