The Veterinary Clinic of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences is a scientific and applied space dedicated to receiving pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits and birds, as well as new pets (NAC), with the aim of conducting clinical and diagnostic examinations and providing appropriate veterinary care and treatments.
The clinic receives between [number] patients annually. 100 and 300 casesIt includes various medical conditions and consultations, making it an environment rich in clinical experiences and field training.
The workflow within the clinic depends on the active participation of students. Clinical phase (Fourth, fifth, and sixth years), under the supervision and guidance of specialized professors with experience in various clinical disciplines. Students are divided into groups according to a rotation system, where they contribute to receiving cases, conducting clinical examinations, and participating in diagnosis and treatment, while benefiting from continuous pedagogical follow-up and assessment of their scientific and practical skills.
This field experience provides students with a unique opportunity to acquire the necessary professional competencies and practical skills, and to enhance their readiness to practice the veterinary profession efficiently and responsibly, in line with modern academic and professional standards.
