The duties of the Deputy Director include postgraduate studies, scientific research, and external relations.
The Vice-Directorate for Postgraduate Studies, Scientific Research and External Relations undertakes a number of vital tasks that fall within the academic, scientific and administrative roles, including the following:
- Monitoring the progress of entrance exams for third-cycle training (doctorate).
- Propose or take the necessary actions to ensure the smooth progress of postgraduate training (PhD in Science and PhD).
- Supervising the organization and follow-up of doctoral dissertation discussions.
- Ensuring the smooth running of scientific research activities within the college and encouraging research dynamism.
- The initiative involves establishing partnerships with various social and economic sectors with the aim of connecting the university with its external environment.
- Taking initiatives aimed at revitalizing and strengthening cooperation between national and international universities.
- Implementing programs to improve the level of professors and update their academic and scientific knowledge.
- Monitoring the progress of the college's scientific council and preserving its archives, in order to ensure proper documentation of its decisions and activities.
