Lhe current requirements in terms of food quality and safety have made food sciences a broad field of investigation open to a multitude of specialties in the different areas of the agri-food industry, nutritional health and food safety. Around these axes revolve numerous themes which extend from the production of agricultural products to their consumption, including their transformation, their packaging, their distribution and even their impact on the health of consumers. In the wilaya of Blida, the agri-food sector is very dynamic, offering a wide variety of professions open to all levels of training. To support this promising sector which is at the forefront of industries in the region, the University of Saad Dahleb (Blida1) through its Department of Food Sciences and its teachers offers very varied specialization courses leading to skills and performances , sought after not only by companies and investors in the sector, but also offering young graduates opportunities to embark on innovative projects and projects to create young businesses in the field of food industries and all the activities that surround them . The training provided in entrepreneurship and the support of students in setting up their professional projects by qualified teachers is now our mission to help our young graduates acquire knowledge and know-how which allow them to bring their projects to fruition and to quickly integrate into economic and social life through a sustainable vision.
