Study and follow-up on the completion of the renovation works of the restaurant wing and annexes of the National Higher School of Irrigation in Blida (ENSH)

In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 23-12 of August 5, 2023, which sets out the general rules relating to public procurement, the University of Blida 1 announces Consultation No. 05/J.B1/2026 of 04/06/2026 to me 11/06/2026 It relates to the following project:

Study and follow-up on the completion of the renovation works of the restaurant wing and annexes of the National Higher School of Irrigation in Blida (ENSH)

Only accredited consulting firms that meet the following minimum eligibility requirements are eligible:
a) Technical capabilities:
• Human resources: One (01) civil engineer or architect with at least five (05) years of experience, justified by a university degree, work certificate, and certificate of affiliation with the National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS).
• Professional references: Completion of at least one task for the study and follow-up of rehabilitation works of facilities similar in nature to those mentioned in the current specifications, justified by certificates of good performance issued during the last five (05) years.
b) Professional skills:
• A copy of the updated accreditation for the year 2026, issued by the Order of Architects for architects, and by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development for civil engineers.
