Professor Mohamed Bezzina, Rector of the University of Blida 1, participated on Thursday, October 30, 2025, in the work of the National Conference of Universities, chaired by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Mr. Kamel Beddari, held at the Ministry headquarters, and in the presence of representatives of university establishments.
The conference is part of the monitoring of the implementation of the National Plan for the Development of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, horizon 2030.
