Vice-Rectorate of External Relations and Cooperation

In accordance with the executive decree N°13-163 of APRIL 15, 2013 modifying the executive decree N°89-137 of 01-08-1989 establishing the university Blida1 as well as article 25 of the executive decree N° 03-279 DU 23-08-2003, modified and supplemented, above mentioned. The vice-rectorate is in charge of external relations, cooperation, animation, communication and scientific events.
Mission of the Vice Rectorate

Relationships and partnership

Promote the university's relations with its socio-economic environment and initiate partnership programs.

Cooperation

Initiate any action to promote inter-university exchanges and cooperation in the fields of education and research.

Scientific Events

Carry out animation and communication actions, organize and promote scientific events.

Program Monitoring

Monitor teacher development and retraining programs and ensure their consistency.

It is made up of the following services:

1. Communication and Scientific Events Service:
– Organization of any scientific and technical event.
– Dissemination of information.
– Organization and monitoring of advanced training courses abroad.
– Development of leaflets, flyers,…..
2. Department of cooperation and inter-university exchanges:
– Partnership agreement, national and international.
– Bilateral (MEP, DEF/CMEP,….) and multilateral (TEMPUS, ERASMUS MUNDUS,….) projects.
– Scholarships abroad (ERASMUS+, AUF, BID, TechWoman,….).
– Partnership with socio-economic sector.
