The Vice-Rectorate of Development, Foresight and Orientation plays a crucial and effective role in the promotion and management of projects for the benefit of the university in various fields. The main goal is to create optimal and comfortable conditions for improving the level of study. To do this, we monitor construction projects, attract new projects, and monitor transformation operations using the latest technologies available to provide the necessary basic educational, administrative, and cultural structures.

Thanks to a highly competent and motivated team made up of doctoral students, architects, engineers, masters and senior technicians, the Vice-Rectorate of Development, Prospective and Orientation (VRDOP) is truly the “lung” of Blida University 1. Our program focuses on effective central administrative management.

In addition to its development responsibilities, the VRDOP is also responsible for the financial allocation for scientific and research equipment intended for laboratories and teaching premises, in collaboration with the Department of Research (DGRSDT) and the Department of Development and of Foresight (DDP/MESRS).

Our team is committed to working closely with all university administrative staff to combine our efforts and direct them towards a common objective.
