University-wide infrastructure inventory

This operation consists of:
1 .  Conducting a comprehensive inventory of all teaching facilities (amphitheaters, conference halls/auditoriums, lecture rooms/tutorial rooms/practical work rooms, laboratories, drawing rooms/workshops, computer and internet rooms, computing centers, audiovisual/cinema/projection rooms, libraries/reading rooms, and other educational-purpose infrastructures).
2 . Measuring the surface area of all rooms as well as their pedagogical capacities, which will serve as a database for scheduling and planning purposes.
3 . Carrying out a comprehensive visit of the administrative offices of each faculty and each department.
This operation enabled us to establish a database of the university’s overall infrastructure, including existing services, the university’s teaching capacity, the number of operational and closed offices, and the number of faculty offices.
