The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a scholarship offer for the academic year 2026–2027 from the Hungarian Government.

This program is intended for top-ranked students (a maximum of three (03) students per specialty) enrolled during the 2025–2026 academic year in L3 or (M2 / 5th year of Engineering), aiming respectively to pursue a Master’s degree or a Doctorate (PhD).

As a reminder, the online application deadline on the Stipendium Hungaricum platform is set for January 15th ,2026. Scanned application files containing the documents listed below, submitted by candidates who have completed their online registration (a copy of the Stipendium Hungaricum registration certificate is mandatory), as well as the attached Excel file to be completed by the institution, must be sent no later than February 1st, 2027.

For each candidate, all the following documents must be compiled into a single PDF file, respecting the order indicated below:
