I am pleased to inform you that the Ministry of Higher Education has received a scholarship offer (including coverage of international travel expenses) for 30 Algerian students wishing to enroll in PhD programs at Chinese universities and institutes.

Please find attached correspondence No. 2746 from the DCEU dated November 14th 2025, regarding the Chinese government scholarship offer for the 2026-2027 academic year.

This program is aimed at top-ranking students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year (M2 / Ing 5), for the preparation of a Doctoral degree (PhD).

For each applicant, it is required to compile all of the following documents into a single PDF file, in the order indicated below:

The application file must include:

1-Application form (attached template)

2-Copy of the Baccalaureate transcript

3-Registration/Re-registration certificates for the five years of university studies

4-Transcripts for the first four years of study

(L1/I1, L2/I2, L3/I3, M1/I4 for universities and university centers,

• • or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for higher education schools)

5- Applicant’s ranking certificate (relative to their cohort)

6- Student X-Star certificate (attached template)

Note: The PDF files of all applicants from each institution, along with the Excel file, must be compiled into a single folder (compressed).
