The Director of Blida 1 University, Professor Bezina Mohamed, participated this morning, Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the proceedings of the regional study day organized by the Blida Judicial Council on the topic of
“Rationalizing public spending: A lever for good governance and financial sustainability”
This took place under the patronage of the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, and under the supervision of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Justice, representing him, and in the presence of the provincial authorities, headed by the Governor of Blida Province.

 This study day aims to establish a culture of rationalizing expenditures within public administrations, through improving the use of public funds and transitioning to results-based budgets and performance indicators, thereby enhancing transparency and effective management.

It also provides a space for exchanging experiences in rationalizing expenditures, especially those related to operating expenses, while highlighting the role of digitalization in reducing costs, improving performance, and ensuring the transparency of public transactions.
