The curriculum, derived from Master of Architecture programs and architects graduating from the classical system, offers two stages:

First year: It is a year Prior specialization and gradual guidanceIt is dedicated to basic education in the field of built architectural heritage and restoration. This is achieved by consolidating the concepts and legislation governing national architectural heritage and old buildings, deepening theoretical knowledge, and acquiring the foundations for intervention in the fields of heritage and restoration.

Second year: Dedicated For actual specializationThis enables students to deepen their knowledge and develop their skills to adapt to the demands of the socio-economic world. The Master's program in "Rehabilitation of Architectural Heritage and Old Buildings" focuses on the techniques and methods related to managing rehabilitation projects jointly initiated by the housing and culture sectors, through final-year projects. In a second phase, it allows the student to embark on scientific research by writing their final thesis.
At the end of the course of study, the student will have:
